Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.

Once your payment has been completed and your ebook or digital file has been delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned after they have been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• You did not receive your digital download due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please contact us first. We are happy to help resolve download issues or resend your files if necessary.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase, except where required by law or if the file is defective or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end.
